Individual motivations

Using the PCM profile as a key, you will be able to unlock your understanding of how each personality type and phase has its own motivations and accompanying emotions. This awareness can predict and protect against long-term or intense distress and its potential destruction

Failure patterns

With a highly attuned distress detector, you will be able to identify emotional patterns that lead to failure or that delay success in your own and others’ everyday lives. This insight can be deployed to bring an end to non-communication, miscommunication, and conflict.

Context clues

Understanding personality types, you will be able to gather more clues about what people are really expressing in intense situations, conversations, or digital exchanges. This skill can transform any context into an opportunity to recognize disengagement  and then reroute and respark a connection.

Motivation and stress management with PCM 2 is designed for coaches, leaders, managers or professionals who want reduce miscommunication and stress and deepen their communication skills. If you want to delve deeper into motivation, predict daily and long-term stress, want to connect with teams, increase involvement and discover behavioral patterns, PCM2 will give you the tools you need.

Prerequisite

To participate in Motivation and stress management with PCM 2, you must have completed the Stressfree communication with PCM. 

Subject-matter

Motivation and stress management with PCM2

In Motivation and stress management with PCM 2, you learn to sharpen your skills at decoding human behavior, particularly as it concerns miscommunication, conflict, and how motivations in everyday life can change over time. Delve more deeply into stress signals and behaviors, experiencing how to masterfully exit destructive scenarios and ultimately prevent them. Working with real-life cases you practice intervention and conflict resolution techniques.

 

Costs

This training costs a total of € 1.987,50 VAT not applied and is composed of the following components:

Training course 

Your investment in this training course is € 1725,00 (excluding 21% VAT). 

Are you following the training privately or through a VAT-exempt organisation (e.g. government, healthcare institution or bank)? Then we offer you the advantageous option of not paying VAT, but only a surcharge of 10% on the training and that which is inextricably linked to the training. Your investment is then € 1725,00. You can indicate this during your registration (online or by telephone). 

Facility costs

There is a € 262,50 (excluding VAT) charge for the use of the venue, coffee/tea and an extensive buffet lunch. Facility costs do not apply to virtual courses.

Programme

Training days

The PCM2 is a 3-day training course. Admission to this program is charged at a daily rate. You are not obliged to stay at the venue overnight, but you may stay in the hotel if you wish. If you would like to book one or more overnight stays at the venue and/or dinners, please contact the venue directly. Competence cannot book overnight stays and/or dinners on your behalf.

Process Communication Model - Advanced skills (PCM - English) Workshop:

  • Day One from 9:30 PM to 5:30 PM
  • Day Two from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM 
  • Day Three from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Process Communication Model - Advanced skills (PCM - English) Virtual:

  • Day One from 9:30 PM to 5:30 PM
  • Day Two from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM 

2 weeks later:

  • Day Three from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Participants

The maximum group size for the training course is 21 participants.

ICF accreditation 

The PCM training programs are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) for Continuing Coach Education (CCE). All ICF certified coaches get the following CCE units:

PCM 1 – Core Topics is 5 Core and 8 Resource Development CCE units

PCM 2 - Advanced Topics is 5 Core and 7 Resource Development CCE units
