nice students, very divers. good teacher. there was a good balance between theory and practise. I really took some learning points out of it which I can use on the job

We instantly boned with the other members and were able to express ourselves in a safe space. Trainer was giving us great examples from real life which helped put everything in perspective.

small group, so more time to discuss things in more detail although we work in different environments we could relate to each others circumstances excellent coach training gave me a lot of food for thought (ie I am still learning)

goede inzichten in wat onze eigen rol cq invloed is mbt stakeholder engagement en dat het niet enkel uit te leggen is obv methodiek. Heb er wel het gevoel aan overgehouden dat er nogal een grote component verandermanagement in zit die ik niet echt in de leerstof heb teruggezien.

Overall experience has been good so far. I learned lot of different aspects about Stakeholder Engagement that I didn`t know earlier :). I have already shortlisted the highlights from the training course content and various discussions we had during the training that I can apply to the situation or with the Stakeholders on my side.

My overall experience with the training was pleasant. The training days were active, and partnering up in small groups really allowed for focused discussion of issues. The trainer was knowledgeable and kind.
