The trainer was very knowledgeable about the topic, people focused and saw to it that the whole group was engaged throughout the two day training. In short, I highly value the trainer and was also very happy about the content of the training.

I have very positive experience of the training. Even though it can affect us personally, the training exercises (role playing and with the actor) were done in a very respectful way. From the course, we already got right away practical tips that we can apply directly.

This was good as explained earlier, it would have been better if there was a bigger group but that cannot be controlled. I like the way instructor involved and noticed the way participants were acting during practical discussions.

Rini was very open to conversation and had more practical work to do than just going through the slides. It was very interactive.

this training has presented basic principles of negotiation via communication during class and allowed myself to experience negotiation and realize myself more in this aspect which is much helpful for continuously improvement.

Very good experience

I have entered the training as relatively experienced. Therefore it was easy to follow and yet challenging, as you always discover something you did not know before. I have refreshed some previous knowledge and learned new stuff, to have it in my mind when I approach my next negotiation.

I had a very positive experience with the negotiation skills training. I really enjoyed the multitude of practical assignments which allowed participants with different backgrounds to share rich and useful knowledge and experiences. Starting the 1st training day, I was already able to put in practice the skills and technics that I learnt. The training overall was well organized (remotely) even with the pandemic circumstances.
